The award is valid for 3 years, and highlights GID\u2019s successful integration of green leasing and sustainability practices in the management of our multifamily communities.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"none\">Launched in 2014, the Green Lease Leaders Award was developed by the Institute for Market Transformation and the U.S. Department of Energy\u2019s Better Buildings Alliance to acknowledge the exemplary achievements of organizations in facilitating sustainability through leasing and management practices. 2025 marks the 11<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">th<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\"> year of the program, which continues to establish best practices for leasing and tenant engagement.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"none\">To earn the Gold level recognition, GID incorporated energy-efficient practices, aggregated data collection and management practices into our leases thereby supporting the responsible operations of our multifamily assets.\u00a0<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><i><span data-contrast=\"none\">\u201cGID Multifamily\u2019s renewal of the Green Lease Leaders Award highlights our success in integrating leasing practices and procedures that help deliver sustainable solutions across our portfolio and allows for alignment between our residents and property management teams\u201d said Philip Carmody, SVP Head of Responsible Investments at GID.\u00a0<\/span><\/i><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"none\">GID\u2019s investment strategy includes the evaluation and implementation of key sustainability projects to support meaningful environmental goals while meeting our fiduciary responsibility to our investors.
