The project will feature amenities that include a fitness center, swimming pool, courtyard, club room, and co-working lounge.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">Driven by a young and highly educated workforce, Raleigh has experienced strong employment growth highlighted by recent expansion announcements from Apple, Google, and Microsoft.
