Construction is set to commence in the fourth quarter of 2019 and be completed by the second quarter of 2020.<\/p>\n<p>The Property is located off Windfern Road within the northwest corridor of Houston, TX. Situated just outside Beltway 8 and Highway 249 and Highway 290, the Property offers easy access throughout the metro.
