This is GID\u2019s first joint venture with Frontier Equity, a Dallas based commercial real estate firm founded by Holt Lunsford in 1993.\u00a0 Construction is expected to commence in early first quarter of 2020 and be completed by early first quarter 2021.<\/p>\n<p>Gary Kroll, Managing Director of GID Urban Logistics stated, \u201cGID is excited to expand its Houston industrial portfolio by partnering with Frontier Equity.
