The Aster is situated between Atlanta\u2019s Beltline and the Historic Fourth Ward Park, two of the city\u2019s most desirable outdoor lifestyle amenities. The property also enjoys close proximity to Atlanta\u2019s largest employment hubs in Midtown and Peachtree Center\/Downtown.<\/p>\n<p>Completed in 2017, the mid-rise property consists of one five-story building above structured below-grade parking. The community features a multi-level fitness center with yoga studio, a clubroom, resort-style swimming pool with tanning deck, outdoor kitchen area, and a rooftop lounge. Unit finishes consist of granite countertops, tile backsplashes, stainless steel appliances, attached islands, and full size washers and dryers.
