The property will be renamed Windsor at Morningside and is situated on Piedmont Avenue just north of Midtown, providing excellent access to Atlanta\u2019s fastest growing employment markets, lively cultural centers and, with Piedmont Park and the Beltline mere minutes away, its premier outdoor spaces.<\/p>\n<p>Built in 2017, the mid-rise property consists of two buildings, approximately 35,000 sqaure feet of grocery anchored retail and three landscaped courtyards. Divided into two phases, Morningside\u2019s 300 phase I units (studio up to three bedrooms) average 939 square feet of living space, and feature nine foot ceilings, hardwood flooring, quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, double vanities and in-unit laundry. The Property\u2019s 21 phase II units (studio up to three bedrooms) all include spacious, private outdoor spaces for an average unit size of 1,460 square feet and feature twelve foot ceilings, unique reclaimed wood accent walls, oversized windows and additional cabinetry.
