The property is located in the North Station neighborhood of Downtown Boston and sits directly above the North Station MBTA Orange and Green Line stops with commuter rail access. The property is adjacent to TD Garden, home of the NBA Boston Celtics and the NHL Boston Bruins, as well as the host of numerous concerts, all of which add to the vibrancy of the neighborhood.<\/p>\n<p>The Victor features a fitness center, a basketball court, two resident lounges with a business center and kitchen, as well as two roof decks with outdoor seating and grilling areas. Unit finishes include eight-and-a-half-foot ceilings, hardwood flooring in the kitchens and living rooms, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, custom wood cabinetry, full size stackable washers and dryers in all units and walk-in closets in every unit.
