The property, which will be renamed 1000 Speer by Windsor, consists of one 16-story building with five levels of above grade parking.<\/p>\n<p>The 224 market rate units are comprised of studios, one-bedroom, two-bedroom and three-bedroom floor plans. The average unit size is 1,054 square feet. Most units include a minimum 10 foot ceiling height, floor-to-ceiling windows, quartz or granite countertops, glass mosaic and glass tile backsplashes, gas cooking, stainless steel appliances including side by side refrigerator, side by side washer and dryer, private balconies and walk-in closets with built-in shelving. The top two floors are considered penthouse floors, with units featuring 12 foot ceilings and upgraded appliances. Amenities include a 6th floor pool deck with Rocky Mountain views, infinity edge pool complete with fire pit, cabanas and grilling stations, clubroom, fitness center, virtual golf simulator, conference room, dog grooming room and bike storage.<\/p>\n<p>The Joule is located in the Golden Triangle neighborhood just south of the Denver CBD.\u00a0 The neighborhood is home to art galleries, restaurants, live music venues and theatres. The neighborhood features inspiring architecture and is home to some of the city\u2019s best museums.
